Purpose of the Ombudsman Service

The Ombudsman Service is a means of communication between CENIBRA and its stakeholders for whistleblowing and reporting of wrongdoing (fraud, embezzlement, larceny, theft, moral and sexual harassment, corruption and other wrongdoings set out in the Brazilian Anticorruption Act No. 12.846/13) at the Company and its d and Controlled companies in violation of the Code of Conduct, Compliance Policy, corporate regulations, and applicable legislation.
Any such reports are kept in a safe database, with restricted access and protected against deletion or alteration so as to ensure their completeness and secrecy, as well as give the whistleblower the possibility of following up the corresponding treatment using his or her name and .
