ABOUT THE OMBUDSMAN

Secrecy and Confidentiality

Any internal or external, anonymous or self-identified whistleblower must be protected and the report’s completeness, secrecy, and confidentiality must be ensured. No discrimination or retaliation as a result of such reporting shall be allowed.

In case of anonymous whistleblowing by telephone, any status update and/or information will be provided to the whistleblower when he or she gets in again and informs the corresponding event record number.
