CENIBRA’s Compliance Program sets out internal controls to prevent, detect, and respond to possible non-compliant situations within the Company with an aim to conducting its business in a sustainable, legal, ethical, dependable, and transparent manner and in line with its Organizational Identity, Principles, and Values.
CENIBRA fosters a culture of integrity by enhancing the awareness of its employees and business partners, founded on its Code of Conduct, Policies, and Regulations. It also makes available an Ombudsman service for dealing with stakeholders’ reporting.

- Strengthen and disseminate a culture of integrity to ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and laws;
- To promote the continuous development and adequacy of internal controls in coordination with the company’s organizational units while seeking to mitigate identified risks and protect the company's image and reputation;
- Provide guidance to and promote awareness enhancement among the top management, middle managers, employees in general, and business partners with an aim to prevent conducts and attitudes that could cause material losses and damage the corporate image.

The Supplier Code of Conduct was created in line with CENIBRA Code of Conduct to demonstrate the principles of transparency, equity, ethics, and integrity the Company deems essential to orient the relationship with its suppliers. It provides clarity in of guidelines, duties, and conduct expected from its partners, always seeking business sustainability.

This Regulation sets out principles and guidelines to orient employee conduct and compliance with legal requirements in connection with bribery prevention, particularly Brazil’s Anticorruption Act no. 12.846/13 and related regulations. The purpose is to conduct CENIBRA business in a legal, ethical, dependable, and transparent manner and in line with its Organizational Identity.

This procedure establishes guidelines applicable to the relationship between
CENIBRA’s representatives and Public Officials, seeking to ensure compliance with
laws in general, particularly the Brazilian Anticorruption Act no. 12,846/13, internal
rules, business ethical principles, and the company's culture, as well as preventing the
occurrence of illegal conduct and acts against the public istration that may be
characterized as corruption.

The Ombudsman Service is a means of communication between CENIBRA and its stakeholders for whistleblowing and reporting of wrongdoing at the Company and its d and Controlled companies. Any such reports are kept on a safe database so as to ensure the completeness and confidentiality of the report. No discrimination or reprisal in connection with the reporting shall be issible.
